Whilst our range is designed with functionality in mind, we have worked hard to create a range of clothing that offers both dignity and visual appeal. We've chosen fabrics that ensure comfort and reduce the risk of skin damage. Our special silk keeps the wearer warm, can be slipped on easily and makes dressing easier and is especially comfortable for people who have extensive scar tissue following burns or operations.

We've made sure to specifically avoid any hazardous material such as plastic and metallic pullers (risk of swallowing) and Velcro and metallic snap fastening (difficult to fit, less resistant to frequent washing, rough and scratchy, and can be causing of itching and irritation).
 

Our products are easy to care and meet the stringent hygiene requirements for hospitals, and are made to endure higher washing temperatures.
